A DeFi real estate platform using ERC-3643 tokens on Arbitrum/Base, enabling fractional property ownership from $10. We built the full-stack application and all DeFi protocol smart contracts, implementing features like 4x leverage lending, yield tokenization, and index funds.

Tokenization of 195.72M oz of in-ground gold in Ghana. We architected the complete strategy, ERC-3643 token design, SEC Reg D/S compliance framework, and a phased $75M–$150M fundraising model with physical gold redemption mechanics.

Mexico-based agri-tech ICO (FRUCOIN) combining Ethereum ERC-20 tokens with Hyperledger Fabric for IoT-powered supply chain tracking from farm to consumer. We developed the full ICO platform, admin/investor portals, smart contracts with vesting logic, and the Hyperledger infrastructure.
